Refund & Return Policy
We understand that sometimes you may purchase the wrong item, or it might not match your expectations upon arrival. To help minimize such errors, we provide clear descriptions and specifications for all our products.
Return Approval
Please contact us via email at mrsauce@aussiegunsauce.com to get your return approved. Shipments that arrive without prior email authorization will be refused delivery and returned to the sender.
Change of Mind Returns
We gladly accept change-of-mind returns if items are sent back within 30 days of delivery and are unused, unopened, and in a completely resalable condition.
- Items with removed or tampered outer packaging, or that cannot be resold, will incur a 40% restocking fee.
- Returns with missing accessories, visible signs of use, or that are damaged will be refused and returned to you.
- If you purchased a bundle, the entire bundle must be returned.
- If tier gifts were included in your order and your return drops the order value below the eligibility threshold for that gift, the tier gift must also be returned.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please refer to the Olight warranty policy found here.
Refund Process
Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process back to your original payment method. We aim to process all returns within one week of receiving them.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Reach out to your bank; there is often a processing delay before a refund appears.

Shipping Returns
Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a shipping address.
- You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Refunds will only cover the purchase amount, minus the original shipping fees.
- For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
